Conversational intelligence - Communicating more consciously

Conversational intelligence is the skill by which you gain insight into how the brain works during conversation, enabling you to control the emotions involved more effectively. This skill can be learned. Distrust, fear and rejection are replaced by trust, cooperation and empathy, allowing you to create new ideas together and achieve extraordinary results.
